xcon: The platform's main currency, purchased via Mobile Money and used to make projections.

jton: Platform tokens offered as bonuses. Non-withdrawable, used to make projections only.

Projection: A binary (YES/NO) or multiple-choice question on a real event.

Stake: The amount committed on a projection.

Comment: A text message posted by a user on a projection page, subject to moderation.

Avatar: A profile photo chosen by the user to personalize their account.

Badge: A distinction automatically awarded by the platform based on user activity.

Follow: A subscription allowing a user to track the activity of another player.

You must be 18 or older to use KasoPlex. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

One account per person. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Any fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

Deposits are made via Mobile Money (MTN, Orange, Moov, etc.). Without identity verification, deposits are capped at 50,000 xcon/month and withdrawals at 20,000 xcon/month. Beyond that, KYC is required. Minimum withdrawal: 500 xcon.

A variable commission is deducted from each stake. Maximum payout per market: 500,000 xcon (beta-test). Minimum stake: 100 xcon.

Markets are resolved manually by KasoPlex administrators based on official sources. Winnings are distributed automatically. In case of dispute, the admin's decision is final.

KasoPlex promotes responsible use of the platform. Set limits for yourself. If you feel you are using the platform compulsively, contact our support team. We reserve the right to limit accounts showing signs of problematic use.

KasoPlex reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, use automated systems, or engage in fraud or money laundering.

KasoPlex is not liable for technical failures, network issues, or force majeure events. Markets may be cancelled and stakes refunded in such cases.

KasoPlex may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Images: Any user may associate an image with their projection. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, AVIF, SVG, GIF, and WebP (maximum size 2 MB). All images are automatically converted to WebP format and resized to 400×400 px before storage. All images undergo automatic platform moderation. Images containing pornographic, violent, hateful, extremist, or immoral content are strictly prohibited and removed without notice. Upon removal, a default image is assigned and the creator is notified.

Projection modifications: The creator may modify the title, description, and images of their OPEN projection. The closing date may be extended a maximum of 2 times, by +30 days per extension, without exceeding 90 days from creation. Any change to the title or date triggers automatic notification to active bettors. Abusive date extension (to benefit one's own position or circumvent an imminent resolution) constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Image retention: Images linked to a resolved projection are automatically deleted 30 days after resolution.

Viral Projection Bonus: When a projection reaches a net pool of 100,000 xcon or more after normal resolution, its creator automatically receives a 1% bonus of the net pool, capped at 150,000 xcon. In case of refund, the bonus still applies and only if the net pool exceeds 1,000,000 xcon. The creator must have an active account in good standing to be eligible.

Registered users may post comments on projection pages. All comments are subject to automatic platform moderation before publication. Comments containing hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexual, or spam content are prohibited and removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in restriction or suspension of the account. KasoPlex reserves the right to remove any comment that does not comply with these Terms.

The following content is subject to automatic platform moderation: projection images, user avatars, projection titles, projection descriptions, and user comments. Any content that does not comply with these Terms may be rejected or removed without notice. In all cases, the user is notified and may submit compliant content.

Users may personalize their profile with an avatar (profile photo). Avatars are subject to the same moderation rules as projection images. A default avatar is assigned in case of rejection.

KasoPlex SARL processes its users' personal data in strict compliance with the laws in force in the country of residence of its users, regarding cybersecurity and cybercrime, as well as applicable provisions on personal data protection.

Collected data (identity, phone number, transaction history) is encrypted, stored securely, and used exclusively for platform operations and to prevent and protect against fraud.

Right of access and right to erasure: Any user may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting support through the application. Requests are processed within 30 days. Data deletion results in permanent account closure and cancellation of remaining balances per these Terms. Contact: support@kasoplex.com

KasoPlex awards badges automatically based on user activity (projections created, winnings, seniority, etc.). Badges have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Users may follow other players to track their public activity on the platform. Following a user does not grant access to any private information. Any user may stop following another user at any time.

KasoPlex provides a platform on which users freely exercise their right to expression and creativity, in compliance with the laws applicable in their country of residence. The projections published, positions taken, and their outcomes are solely the result of individual choices made by participants, measured against real-world events. Accordingly, KasoPlex and its team accept no liability for decisions made by users, any resulting losses, or the outcome of any projection.
