Financial Transaction Terms

KasoPlex is a real-money prediction market platform. When you deposit funds via Mobile Money, you are committing real financial assets. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in specific cases (market cancellation, dispute resolution).

Stake commission: A variable commission (1-5% depending on market liquidity) is deducted from your stake immediately upon ticket placement.

Withdrawal commission: 1.2% deducted from withdrawal amount (minimum 500 xcon).

Bid-ask spread: Market odds include a 5% spread. Actual odds may differ from displayed odds on popular markets.

Example: If you bet 10,000 xcon with 2% commission, you invest 10,200 xcon total (10,000 stake + 200 commission).

Daily bet limit: 500,000 xcon/day per user (preventing excessive losses).

Weekly limit: 1,500,000 xcon/week (rolling 7-day window).

Monthly limit: 5,000,000 xcon/month (rolling 30-day window).

Maximum single bet: 100,000 xcon (beta-test limit, subject to change).

Maximum payout per market: 500,000 xcon (market cap — if exceeded, winnings are capped).

If you feel you are betting compulsively or losing control, you can self-exclude immediately:

• 24-hour cooldown: Block betting for 24 hours (no deposits/withdrawals allowed)
• 7-day break: Disable account for 7 days
• 30-day block: Freeze account for 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion: Close account permanently

Access self-exclusion via Settings → Responsible Use → Self-Exclude.

KasoPlex will prompt you with reality check notifications:

• After 1 hour of continuous betting
• When approaching daily limit (80% of limit)
• After 5 consecutive losing bets

You can dismiss reminders, but we encourage you to take breaks and reflect on your betting.

Predictions are uncertain. Even expert bettors lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Markets can be cancelled. If a market cannot be resolved due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, unforeseen event), all stakes are refunded.

Operator discretion: KasoPlex reserves the right to cancel or modify markets in cases of technical issues, fraud, or regulatory requirements.

If you believe a market was resolved incorrectly, you can open a dispute within 48 hours of resolution via Support Chat. KasoPlex admins will review and make a final decision. Decisions are binding.

Voluntary closure: You can close your account anytime. Remaining balance will be refunded to your Mobile Money account within 5-7 business days.

Involuntary suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate terms (fraud, money laundering, TOS violation). Suspended accounts may forfeit remaining balances.

Without KYC verification:

• Max deposit: 50,000 xcon/month
• Max withdrawal: 20,000 xcon/month
• Max total balance: 100,000 xcon

With KYC verification (ID validated), limits are removed.

You are solely responsible for reporting gambling winnings to relevant tax authorities. KasoPlex will provide transaction reports upon request. Consult a tax professional regarding local tax obligations.

Self-Exclusion Option: You can self-exclude at any time via Settings → Responsible Use → Self-Exclude. We will block all access to betting for your chosen duration.

These Financial Terms are an integral part of the KasoPlex Terms of Use. For additional important information regarding account management, please refer to the main Terms of Use.

Precedence: In case of conflict between these Financial Terms and the Terms of Service, these Financial Terms take precedence for all betting-related matters and financial transactions.

Minimum Stake: 100 xcon per single bet

Maximum Stake (Single Bet): 100,000 xcon

Daily Betting Limit: 500,000 xcon (aggregate all bets placed in 24 hours, UTC midnight reset)

Weekly Betting Limit: 1,500,000 xcon (rolling 7-day window)

Monthly Betting Limit: 5,000,000 xcon (rolling 30-day window)

Maximum Payout Per Market: 500,000 xcon. If total winnings exceed this, payouts are capped at market limit (excess remains in market liquidity pool).

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits (No KYC): 50,000 xcon/month deposit, 20,000 xcon/month withdrawal. KYC-verified users have no limits.
